Viva Wellness Life was born from a personal mission — to help busy individuals feel good again, inside and out.

After struggling with weight, thyroid issues, and energy crashes, I took my health back using GLP-1 medication and holistic wellness — and lost 40 pounds in the process. But more than weight loss, I gained clarity, confidence, and the motivation to help others do the same.

As a Latina wellness coach, I created Viva to provide real solutions — no fad diets, no pressure, just support that fits real life. From quality supplements to GLP-1 medication, everything is designed with you in mind.

This is more than a brand. It's a community.

Growing the Viva Way

What started as a personal journey quickly grew into something bigger.

After launching Viva Wellness Life to support individuals on GLP-1 medication, I realized our community needed more — more guidance, more trust, and more wellness tools built for real life. Today, we’ve expanded beyond content and coaching to offer supplements, medical weight loss access, and a supportive space for anyone who wants change without shame.
