Viva Wellness Life – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Viva Wellness Life provides telehealth services, wellness programs, and access to licensed medical providers. Because our services include medical review, provider time, and prescription processing, all sales are subject to the following refund and cancellation policy.
1. Medical Services & Prescription Programs
Once a customer submits their medical intake and a licensed provider begins reviewing the information, the service is considered initiated. Because medical provider time, technology costs, and pharmacy coordination begin immediately, these services are non-refundable.
If a provider determines that a customer is not medically eligible for treatment, Viva Wellness Life may, at its discretion, issue a partial or full refund for the program fee, excluding any processing or administrative costs.
2. Prescription Medications
All prescription medications are dispensed and shipped by independent, licensed pharmacies. Once a prescription has been approved and sent to the pharmacy, or once a medication has been shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded for safety and regulatory reasons.
If a shipment is lost, damaged, or incorrect, Viva Wellness Life will work with the pharmacy to investigate and assist the customer.
3. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellations must be submitted before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Once a subscription has been renewed or a payment has been processed, that billing period is non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of Viva Wellness Life.
4. Supplements & Non-Prescription Products
Supplements and wellness products may be eligible for return only if they are unopened and unused. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and are subject to approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Viva Wellness Life support before filing a chargeback with their bank. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
6. Discretionary Refunds
All refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Viva Wellness Life. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria above.
